*Definition of Rotating Breakout Sessions: Following the plenary session, there will be three simultaneous breakout sessions, each repeated three times. Every conference participant will rotate to all breakout sessions at designated times. The purpose of the rotation is to focus on specific emerging issues and to encourage free flow of ideas by all participants on these significant trends.  At the completion of the rotations, the breakout session will be followed by a plenary discussion and question and answer period.
