WNA CEAP Review Fee Structure for Educational Activities:
.5 - 6 total contact hours: $125
6.1 - 12 total contact hours: $200
12.1 - 18 total contact hours: $250
18.1 - 24 total contact hours: $300
24.1 or more total contact hours : $350
* The application review fee is based on the total number of contact hours being offered, including all concurrent sessions, rather than the number of contact hours a participant may earn.
* The application review fee (non-refundable) must accompany the application. Checks should be made payable to the Wisconsin Nurses Association; American Express, Visa, or Master Card are also accepted.
* Three copies of the application, including all attachments, must be received in the WNA office 60 days in advance of the educational activity. Applications received 30 - 59 days before the first date of the educational activity will be charged a late fee of $250.00. Applications received 29 days or less before the activity will not be reviewed.

$1200 for all applicants
* The application review fee (non-refundable) must accompany the application. Checks should be made payable to the Wisconsin Nurses Association; American Express, Visa, or Master Card are also accepted.
First time provider applicants:
Three copies of the application, including all attachments, should be mailed to the WNA office 60 days in advance of the first day of the expected approval period.
Current providers:
Three copies of the application, including all attachments and example activities, must be received in the WNA office 60 days in advance of the organization's provider expiration date. Applications received 30-59 days before the provider's expiration date will be charged a late fee of $300.00.
