IOM Future of Nursing Campaign for Action Meeting

On November 30, WNA President and Executive Director and other WNA members joined other nurses in viewing the IOM/RWJ Future of Nursing: Campaign for Action Meeting webcast. The meeting provided opportunity for IOM Report Committee members to share their view on the four recommendations. Questions and answers were also part of the morning event. There was time allocated for group discussion among those groups viewing the broadcast. The Madison meeting was held at the Pyle Center and co-sponsored by UW-School of Nursing, Edgewood College School of Nursing and the Wisconsin Nursing Coalition.
