2012 Wisconsin Nursing Coalition (WNC) Summit

The Nurse's Role in Advance Care Planning:
Developing a Wisconsin Action Plan
The goal of this one day summit  is to bring nurses together who are interested in partnering with other healthcare professionals and the people of Wisconsin to define Wisconsin nurses' unique roles in helping prepare and support end of-life conversations and decisions.

Who Should Attend?
Any registered nurse in Wisconsin interested in increasing the awareness of advance care planning in Wisconsin and developing nursing's role.

Location
The WNC Summit will be held at the Wilderness Hotel (Glacier Canyon Lodge and Conference Center) in Wisconsin Dells.

Continuing Education Credit
5.75 contact hours of Continuing Nursing Education credit will be offered.

Registration
Online registration is now open for the Wisconsin Nursing Coalition Nurse Summit. Registration will close on Monday, February 20th.
