Executive Director Gina Dennik-Champion, MSN, RN, MSHA Serves as the chief executive officer of the Wisconsin Nurses Association. In close collaboration with the President and Board of Directors plans, develops, directs, administers, and coordinates activities of the Association; is accountable to the membership through the Board of Directors. Gina began her service as the Association's Executive Director in September of 1997. She joined WNA with a background in clinical geriatric nursing and health care administration.

Director of Educational Programs Megan Leadholm 608.221.0383 x14 Performs administrative services related to continuing education and assists in the development, implementation of conferences coordination, and assists in the development, implementation and coordination of other Association activities, if appropriate. Megan administers accreditation program for WNA. She joined the WNA in February of 1998.

Administrative and Member Services Coordinator Joe Vande Slunt 608.221.0383 x11 Responsible for member billing and accuracy of database. Performs administative duties for Exec. Director and prepares materials for exhibiting and presentations. Maintains reports - annual. Joe joined WNA in April 2011.

Office Assistant Brenda Hansen 608.221.0383 x10 Performs the clerical and receptionist services of the Association. Brenda joined WNA in January of 2008.

Electronic Communications Coordinator Melanie Cannon 608.221.0383 x16 Designs/manages the WNA website and other electronic communications. Melanie joined WNA in April 2010 and works part-time at 20 hours/week.

Education Program Coordinator Teresa Prattke 608.221.0383 x18 Assists the Director of Educational Programs with conference and meeting planning for WNA. Teresa works part-time remotely from home with occassional hours in the office.

Nursing Programs Project Coordinator Suzanne Hoffman, RN, MSN, MS, SANE 608.221.0383 x12 Performs project work related to the goals, objectives, and activities supporting the Nursing Practice, Research and Workforce Advocacy Councils. Suzanne joined WNA in April 2011. (part-time 20hr/wk) |
