A reminder that all handouts received for the 2012 APN Conference have been posted on the conference website for your review, or to download.  We will continue to post handouts to the website as we receive them, so if you’re not finding a handout you’re looking for, please check back!

CLICK HERE TO ACCESS THE 2012 APN CONFERENCE ONLINE EVALUATION.  COMPLETION OF THE EVALUATION FORMS IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE CNE (AND PHARMACOLOGY) CREDIT FOR THE PROGRAM.

NOTE YOU WILL NEED YOUR APN CONFERENCE CONFIRMATION CODE TO COMPLETE THE EVALUATION (FOUND IN AN EMAIL SENT AFTER THE CONFERENCE AND ON THE REGISTRATION ‘REMINDER’ PAGE – YELLOW – PICKED UP AT CONFERENCE REGISTRATION WITH YOUR CONFERENCE FOLDER).

A Certificate of Completion listing the sessions completed and the total number of contact hours/pharmacology credits earned will be available to print immediately upon submission of the online evaluation.  Do not print your Certificate until you have completed evaluations for all sessions attended.  Please note that the online evaluation must be completed by May 31st, 2012 in order to obtain CNE credit.
