Workforce Advocacy for nurses facilitates and advocates for collaborative strategies that support the following:
WNA's Workforce Advocacy Program
The membership of WNA represents a diverse body of Registered Nurses with broad geographic reach. It is important to identify the diverse challenges, trends and workforce advocacy needs of the membership. WNA has developed and utilized other ANA Constituent Member Associations workplace advocacy tools to support Wisconsin RN's scope of practice and workplace rights. Through active collaboration with the Center for American Nurses and WNA Districts, the WNA Workforce Advocacy Program Advisory Council will seek to identify "best practice" WFA tools and services. WNA's Executive Director will serve as staff to the WNA Workforce Advocacy Program Advisory Council.
