The conference room block at the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is full. Due to another large conference occurring the same week as the WASN Conference, we were not allotted the usual number of rooms in the block. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Madison Downtown is across the street from the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace; it’s within easy walking distance to the Monona Terrace; and there are plenty of rooms available!

Short-term and all-day public parking is provided throughout downtown Madison in various structures and lots. On-street parking is also available for short-term parking in central Madison.

Handouts and resources received from presenters will be available 1 week prior to the conference. Participants may download/print handouts as desired – no hardcopies of the handouts were available at the conference.

The 2025 WASN Conference is jointly provided by the Wisconsin Nurses Association and the Wisconsin Association of School Nurses. This 3-day conference offers participants up to ___ contact hours of nursing continuing professional development credit. The Wisconsin Nurses Association is the provider of contact hours for this program.
Requirements for successful completion: Participants must complete the online conference evaluation for the overall conference and each session attended by May 14, 2025 to receive the contact hours. Please refer back to your program or participant emails sent prior to conference for the password to enter the evaluation form.
