On February 17, 2022, the Assembly unanimously passed the Senate version of the APRN Modernization Act, SB 394. There were two new amendments added. The bill passed on a voice vote. The language in the bill needs to be identical and therefore needs to go back to the Senate to concur on the two amendments. WNA did not oppose the new amendments. After the senate vote, the bill can go straight to the Governors desk.
Please ask your Senator to support concurrence with the assembly amendment.
