Interprofessional Workforce Diversity: Core Element #2

The team is comprised of a full array of both licensed and assigned team members working together to with an engaged patient to achieve health.  The team members demonstrate (and own) the team values of honesty, discipline, creativity, humility and curiosity (Mitchell). Diversity of the team reflects community demographics.  It is assumed that each team member practices to the full extent of their education, training, and experience.
