The Assembly passed the Senate version of the APRN Modernization Act, SB 145 yesterday. This is the bill that WNA supported. The bill is similar to the bills that were passed by the Assembly and Senate last session. There was new content added to the bills this session that focused on criteria for APRN independent practice. There were amendments offered that we opposed and did not advance in either house. These amendments were supported by the Governor.
