Our goal is to increase the visibility, value, and vital role of nurses in delivering healthcare across Wisconsin.

Background: The Wisconsin Nurses Association has been actively involved in addressing the nurse shortage. Meetings held in September 2022 and December 2022 brought together various nursing associations to identify priorities and strategies. These efforts culminated in the decision to host the Invitational Summit to further address Wisconsin’s nurse workforce challenges.
