Request for Participation in the Wisconsin Nurses Association Workplace Violence Survey
WNA has been monitoring the incidents of workplace violence toward nurses. Anecdotally, we are hearing that incidents of workplace violence are continuing. WNA would like to hear from you and your nurse colleagues regarding your experience and awareness of workplace violence toward nurses.
The survey questions are organized into the following specific sections: Demographics, Education & Training, Reporting, Type of Workplace Violence, and Evaluation of Incidents. The results of the survey will be used to inform you, employers, nursing associations, and policy makers.
As you fill out this survey, we ask that you consider any incidents or concerning events that occurred within the last 12 months.
The survey should only take 5 minutes to complete. Your personal information remains confidential and will only be reported in aggregate. WNA will provide information regarding the results.
